The type of personal information we collect
During our relationship if you become my client, I will likely become privy to information or data about yourself and your family, including but not limited to: session notes, emails, intake form and the therapeutic agreement.
We currently collect and process the following information:
- You personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Newsletter subscription form (online)
- Intake form for 1:1 clients
- Therapy/Coaching sessions
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
- Better understand the context for the support you are seeking from our services
- Be able to contact you about coaching sessions and other services
- Include you in our mailing list for future communications.
The information exchanged between Hannah and clients is confidential except as required by law.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored.
We keep all personal information for a period of 6 years. We will then dispose your information.
